"As a first time user of this app, I was super apprehensive and actually almost cancelled our date night due to nerves. I was instantly put at ease after meeting "K". She was kind, showed up a few minutes early and engaged with the kids. She was respectful, and we were able to enjoy our date night out. We will definitely use "K" again."

The app was super useful. I messaged "H" last night with some details, and realized today that it was sent via regular text which was nice and direct. And helped when we had to call each other because of some construction on our street this morning. We figured out the “check out” feature together, and chatted about what we see on the app as the client vs. the sitter. Sounds like it works well for both of us!
"H" was great! She jumped right in and started playing with my daughter, and I felt comfortable leaving for my appointment. I could tell she was an experienced sitter. Definitely planning on booking her again soon!

We recently used Poppins for a date night with my wife. This was recommended by a coworker of my wife, and we are glad we found them! "H" accepted our job, and she was fantastic with our 3 little ones (ranging from 6 months to 4 years old), as well as our dog, Tessy. "H" was extremely personable, and did a great job. Rochester Poppins made it incredibly easy to sign up for their monthly subscription, walk through the process virtually, and hire a babysitter easier than we imagined. We have used other service apps and found Poppins easier, more intuitive, more personable, and more valuable. We will continue to use them in the future and look forward to them expanding their business! We love small businesses and look to support them in our local communities!
